”These hotels are consistently excellent. Being pet friendly put them over the top. When we need a stay for travel, the first thing we do is see if there is one in the area. The room size and full kitchen is perfect for our needs. Forget going out for breakfast. Their breakfast is restaurant quality and included with your stay.”

The bedding and towels had hair and our bathroom had blood on the wall. The water never got hot so showers were lukewarm at best. Spend a few more dollars and stay at Holiday Inn Express.”

”Worst lodging experience my family has ever had. Booked via Expedia for two nights (~$1,000) for a family weekend in Asheville. The name is misleading — the property is not on or near the Biltmore Estate. There is an undisclosed “no children under 17” policy, never made clear at booking. From arrival we were treated as second-class guests. Told we couldn’t come to the main house for breakfast (“child-free environment”); food was brought to our cottage instead — over an hour late and cold...
