This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. Don’t consider it . They over book and everything in ad was a lie. It was not clean except for towel provided. There was a shower but I wouldn’t even use the shower.

Not a hotel. More like Airbnb one bathroom for three bedrooms. Even though it’s says breakfast but not even coffee served

Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice.

Never got the wifi code!! Tub was not very clean, so I washed my hair off the side. Other than those things, it was not a bad stay for the price.

The room was very cheap and near a lot of restaurants and bars. But the condition of my room was not ideal. There was a window with a huge crack covered by tape. Other rooms were very close together could hear each other.

Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no privacy. Every room had to share one bathroom. Parking was its own problem. The staff who checked us in, was clueless, and he lied about the parking and told us that it wouldn't be problem because no one else would be coming. More people came, and parking was a serious problem. He also told told me that there were a few rules, which would have been fine, except that he told me that it was my responsibility to clean up everything before we left, including the bathroom and kitchen. We climbed steep stairs to go in the backside of the building with luggage.The luxurious rooms and patio shown on the site; there is none of that. No breakfast or coffee was ever available. There was no rest throughout the night. Some other room must have had TV, though, because that was all we heard , along with people going back and forth by our room all night long. There was dirt and even a dead bug on the window sill. Since it was graduation time, everything else was booked up. It felt like a nightmare.

The property was not actually located at the address shown on my reservation. When we arrived, we found out that the accommodation was at a different address, which was already very concerning. Once we entered the property, there were several serious health and safety issues. The room had a very strong moldy smell, and one of the light fixtures was falling down, which we felt was dangerous. The bathroom was located on the first floor, and the bathroom window was open and could not be closed. There was also no curtain or proper privacy, so we could not reasonably use the bathroom. By the time we discovered all of these problems, it was already very late at night. We had nowhere else to go immediately, so we only stayed for about three hours to get a little rest, and then we left the property early in the morning. I want to be very clear that we did not leave because we simply didn’t like the accommodation. We left because the property was unsafe, unsanitary, and not reasonably usable. Also, the fact that the actual location was different from the address provided on the reservation is extremely concerning. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I don’t believe we should be charged for an accommodation that was inaccurately represented and had serious health and safety issues.
