”We stayed for 3 days and 2 night in a Deluxe room. The pool is small and seems the water is dirty. However the staff are attentive and courteous. The cafeteria have good food choices. We had a basic Filipino breakfast. They also have common cooking area that guest can use.”

”The owners are what made my stay to be fabulous. Easy to talk to, and helpful in arranufpr tours etc. they are very chill. The food is mostly home cooked meal and even though the food is mostly western you can also get Filipino food (if she has the ingredients then she will make it). It is a very quiet and restful place because it is not right in town, which is actually not that far away (it was my daily walk tbh). I highly recommend staying at this place.”

”Our family enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. The kids used the water theme park and slides. The 3 villas we rented were clean but could see outdated bathrooms. Not a lot of resort guests, so it felt exclusive for our family. Overall, we had a great time.”

”Great vibe. Beds could be improved. Owner was a nice guy made you feel at home. Food was great. Beaches were covered in trash everymorning , staff cleaned them everymorning . Such a beautiful place , its a shame people have to throw their trash in the rivers. ”

”We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund.”

”Nicely mainteined oldish hotel in good location. Negatives were that the internet didn't really work in the room we got, and the pool is really small. Like a kiddy pool. However, the ocean is 20m way, so it doesn't really matter.”

”Decent price and and a comfortable room. One slight gripe I had was being charged 100 pesos for my key breaking in the lock. It wasn't my fault it broke as substandard metal was used when cutting the key, which was clearly evident by the break. Not a lot of money but principle. The receptionist who dealt with me stopped talking to me after I complained about it, and did say it would lead to a somewhat negative review. A little too officious for my liking. ”

”We did not make use of the pool but it did look inviting. Maybe our next stay we will make use of the pool. The restaurant was great food was delicious. The ocean view was really nice. Staff was great.”

”They wouldn’t give me a refund for unused nights, even after their property, and only theirs, was having power outages. I hate doing bad reviews, and I wouldn’t, if they had just refunded me the nights I canceled. To start, the front desk is rarely staffed if you need help, and you will, a lot. The woman who showed me my room never showed me how to use the room safe, that was locked. She didn't tell me the water for the shower didn’t work unless you used a special nob at the top of the shower...

”Toinen yöpyminen hotellissa lyhyen ajan sisään. Tällä kertaa yövyin 5 yötä. Viime kerralla olin alakerran parvekkeellisessa Deluxe huoneessa ja nyt yläkerran vastaavassa. Erona huoneiden välillä oli, että alakerran huoneessa sängyn ja vessan välinen "seinä" oli lasia, josta näki mitä vessassa tapahtui. Yläkerran huoneessa seinä oli oikea seinä. Alakerran huoneessa parvekkeella oli penkit millä istua. Yläkerrassa ei ollut penkkejä. Kuten edellisessä arvostelussa kerroin, niin langattoman verkon...
