âFriendly host, warm and cozy cottage atmosphere out on the country - very private and quiet too. The room was so nicely appointed and we loved the sound of the babbling stream outside. The bathroom was large and bright and had a big bathtub. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order each day. A wonderful spot away from the madding crowds but so close to so many beautiful places. â

âVery enjoyable stay for a Christmas event. The food, waiter service and music/DJ were all excellent and the photography was an unexpected highlight for the evening. My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland.â

âOur room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. Our stay at Mandolay was enjoyable. Guildford city centre and railway station are within walking distance.â

âCheck in was easy and the staff were amazing during my entire stay.
I stayed in a single room, the room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out and had a decent sized bathroom.
Couple of things to note:
Room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. Not too much of a problem as the stairs are not steep or narrow.
Room was in theâattic spaceâ so being just over 5â tall wasnât too much of a problem, but anyone taller may find it a bit of a problem.
Room had great skylights with...
