”We highly recommend this resort - Michelin rating is well deserved!!! We came a few days after the typhoon hit El Nido area, the resort communicated with us, their staff was amazing, the resort was very clean, great customer service - the food was excellent - we had a wonderful time given weather from the Typhoon that hit north during our stay. Airport Transportation was on time - well worth organizing before we got there”

”Incredible and beautiful sunset and ocean views from every area of the property. Staff was amazing and professional and knew us by name from day one. ”The property is at the middle of nowhere. It is a really nice place but the roads going there from the airport is terrible. It is very rough road, nothing to do , it is at the middle of farm land. At night , no security, no on call staff to assist for emergencies. We had a leak in the bathroom closer to 10 pm - no one showed up to help us fix the problem.”

”Siistit remontoidut huoneet, huikea merimaisema....,mutta vasemman siiven naapurissa kukkukiekuu ja koira haukkuu läpi yön. Lisäksi 10 metriä parvekken alapuolella remontoitiin venettä lähes yötä päivää. Huoneen vaihto toiselle puolelle poisti yömetelin, mutta aamusta aikasin tuli kivenhakkaajat paukutteleen vasaroillaan. Aamupala vaatimaton, kahvi ja munaks parilla leivänpalalla. Kolmannen yön jälkeen vaihdettiin naapuriin,Doublegem hotelliin jossa loppuloma meni mukavasti.”

”Our stay at RC was quite amazing. The entire staff especially Matt the owner, were amazing and the hospitality they’ve showed was top notch. There were some initial hiccups we ran into but they were quick to resolve it and compensate it, but nothing that would make me give them 4 stars or below. Though this place maybe is a bit far from the downtown El Nido but there’s trikes everywhere that you can get. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”

"Problems with the room. The first room had a lot of humidity and the air conditioner did not work. The floorboards were lifted from the humidity. The room also smelled of mold. The hotel staff took care of it nicely when we mentioned it and we got another room. The hotel is otherwise nice and the pool area is small but has a great view of the sea."
