”The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite when we arrived. He took time to explain hotel information and amenities. The breakfast could be so much better. The eggs, rounded like the meat patties , looked like they were taken out of a box and put in microwave. Orange juice was literally sour water. I informed the situation to the lady in charge of the breakfast, first thing she said she didn't know why juice was bad and that she was new. She then mentioned some company comes to...

”I'm 74 years old, not handicapped by any means but can at times lose my balance. In the shower there was no bath mat nor grab bars. I fell, hitting my ribs on the side of the tub. Luckily I didn't break any ribs, and the there i was folded up inside the tub wondering if I could get up or not. I went to the desk and asked for a manager but of course there were none on site. The desk clerk said that there was supposed to be a bath mat. I don't know who's fault that was,housekeeping or maybe there...

”Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent except for the first day the front desk lady showed a don't really care attitude if you stay here or not. Asked about the bus to town she said its a stop out there offered no info as far as cost or exactly where the stop was. Just nothing welcoming attitude. The other personnel were great a lady ensured I found my room when it looked like I was lost. The lady that setup the breakfast was really nice.”

”Very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. The main issue we had was we were told towels and sheets would be refreshed every other day but were only replaced once during our 6 day stay. Hotel is in a great location not far from downtown Boise.”
