The living area is functionally and comfortably furnished. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a DAB radio, and a dining area. The integrated kitchenette offers an oven, a four-burner cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The sofa can be converted into a bed if needed and is suitable for one adult or two children.

The furnished, east-facing balcony is ideal for enjoying the sunshine and breakfast outdoors.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m wide) and a wardrobe. A travel cot and highchair are available for small children for an additional fee.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
... The apartment includes a reserved parking space in the underground garage. This space is suitable for vehicles up to 1.67 m in height and 5 m in length (not suitable for larger vehicles). Bicycle storage is also available in the garage. E-bikes can be stored in a separate, lockable storage room.

The apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, or alternatively, for up to 3 adults without any additional guests.
