The bright living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, CD radio, and a sofa bed.

The kitchenette, complete with dishes and cutlery, includes a dishwasher, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

The furnished, west-facing balcony is accessible from the living room.

The lovely bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.

A travel cot and highchair can be provided free of charge upon request.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, a hairdryer, a lighted vanity mirror, and a toilet.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use the balcony for smoking if you wish.

A parking space for a car (clearance 1.50 m, length 5 m: not suitable for oversized cars) and a bicycle storage space in the underground garage are included. A small lockable storage room in the basement is available for e-bikes.

The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.
