Lovingly renovated in spring 2026, this two-room holiday apartment offers a spacious living room with an integrated kitchenette (including an oven), a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into a bed), two armchairs, and an inviting dining area. Two large French doors ensure bright, light-filled rooms and a pleasant living atmosphere.

In the separate bedroom (with blackout curtains), you will find a comfortable box-spring bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) for restful nights, as well as an HD TV.

Your car will be safely parked in the building's underground garage (height 2 m).

A special highlight during the bathing season (May–September) is your own private beach chair on the beach (access 7/8).
