Here you will find accommodation in a beautiful residential area with modern and pleasant equipment, which will become your vacation oasis. The interior and exterior exude a pleasant, livable atmosphere in which it is best to live. Prepare delicious recipes in the outdoor kitchen, work out in the gym or make yourself comfortable by the pool with your favorite reading.



    The island of Pasman and Ugljan are within easy reach for great day trips - as is the city of Zadar, or the Balkan mountains inland. This vacation will be as diverse as the area itself, and you can look forward to cultural, gastronomic and scenic highlights.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, toll ausgestattet und super gelegen, nur 5 min bis zum Strand. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit einem tollen Essen und leckerem Eis überrascht. 100 % Weiterempfehlung.

Amazing house in Biograd

The property is stunning and is perfect for occupying families of all ages. We had 4 adults and 4 children staying for a week, ages ranging from 4 to 11, and the children didn’t want to leave. The house is huge with great amenities, plenty of bathrooms and toilets for everyone and the air conditions was a must with the temperatures being so high. We were pleasantly surprised at the inclusion of a hot tub and table tennis table when we arrived as these were not on the listing. The communication with the owner was great, they met us at the property late at night on our arrival and were always on hand to answer queries. They even left lots of lovely food which we were grateful for after arriving so late. We would love to come back to this property and will be recommending it to all of our friends.
