The light-flooded living and dining area is tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a cosy seating area. The adjacent kitchen has a complete equipment including dishwasher, oven, electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle and all cooking utensils to comfortably cater for yourself.



A special highlight is the spacious, covered terrace with around 25 m² of space, which is directly accessible from the kitchen, dining room and even the bedroom. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun or enjoy the mild evenings in a private atmosphere. Comfortable sun loungers and a dining table for four people are available - ideal for relaxing, reading or enjoying meals outdoors.



The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and partial room darkening, while the bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, and window. Bed linen and towels are provided.



For additional comfort, WiFi, heating and a private parking space directly at the house are provided. Pets are also welcome (note: fees may apply). An airport transfer can be arranged upon request.
