Inside, the apartment is designed for easy holiday living. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, from casual breakfasts to home-cooked dinners. Two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to five guests: the first includes a double bed and a single bed, while the second features a double bed, making the layout especially suitable for families with children. A modern full bathroom serves the apartment, and additional conveniences such as a TV, internet access, and a washing machine ensure a practical stay. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee.

The highlight of the apartment is its private roofed terrace, furnished with sun loungers and garden furniture, offering a shaded and peaceful spot for morning coffee, afternoon rest, or evening meals. Private parking on the property adds ease for guests arriving by car.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups are not allowed. The landlord lives in the same building. Bring your own towels. 2 loungers, like type B, but for 1-4 people. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
