Ground floor: Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, TV, electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm and with with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room 20 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and toys. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.


Location
Biograd na Moru. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
