”Very clean and a great value”

”Aamupalalla oli oikeastaan kaikki loppu. Täydennyksiä ei tuotu, eikä henkilökuntaa näkynyt.”

”Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.”

”Room was clean and recently rehab. There was no shower gel in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was OK with the waffle maker having run out of waffle mix. Staff was wonderful.”

”The hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind and courteous. The only amenities ( in room) was a bar of soap and hotel size shampoo/conditioner combination. We did not eat breakfast. Fruit, muffins, pastries. Did not have a hot tub.”

”Great location”

”Inspected the room upon check in. The bed sheets and spread were both stained. The carpet was severely stained. The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

”Disappointing end to our birthday getaway. My husband and I stayed at the Baymont in Frankenmuth to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast left me incredibly upset. After a full day of walking, my boots had hurt my feet, so I went downstairs wearing socks. An employee informed me that shoes were required. I completely understood, said okay, and immediately began leaving. However, while I was putting the lid on my coffee, I overheard her loudly repeating the...

”It was an affordable option for a one night stay, it was as expected”

”The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay.”

”Room smelled, floor dirty, nasty food in the kitchen sink, burnt holes in the sheets and blanket.”
