The staff was very friendly and helpful.
But the shower/tub would not drain.
Perhaps drains should be maintained or draino’d regularly, rather than wait until a guest has a bad experience before maintaining them. It would be much cheaper than losing business.”

”Facility is located right in a no income housing area and sketchy to say the least. Needles lying in the parking lot area. The exterior and stairs are crumbling.

”Through no fault of the hotel there was no hot water for the two days we were there. The boiler for the hot water broke. The hotel is filthy and needs to be detailed and cleaned by professionals. The rooms needs to be remodeled, it is old and worn. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Our stay was fully refunded.”

”The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls,...
