”This was my second time staying with this hotel and again they earned 5 stars. Room was clean and well stocked. We requested extra lines and were immediately provided even though it was in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection had a good variety and was well stocked. Staff were friendly. Check in and out with an ease. This is becoming our Branson home when we are there.”

”We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

”To be honest for what I paid it wasn’t worth the price. When I stay somewhere I’d like to feel comfortable enough to take off my shoes and walk around the room but the carpet was so gross I couldn’t, the room itself had a very stale odor, the “Ozark Fun House” wasn’t the hype they make it on the website, staff was friendly, but overall not a homey or resort vacation vibe at all. Disappointed.”

”Nice hotel. Very clean. They had trouble keeping enough food out for breakfast. The bathroom didn’t have enough towel racks. They put out two coffee pods, one caffeinated and one decaf in the room. However, they gave me more caffeinated when I went to the lobby and asked. All in all, it was a good experience and I would stay there again.”

Not so good: We had 2 adjoining rooms. Neither tv worked. A replacement tv was brought in to room 1 and still it did not work after 3 people looked at it. We found (on our own) the cable seemed to have a short. The remote for tv in room 2 was not programed to the tv/cable box. We figured it out on our own. The rooms need a deep clean. The windows were nasty. At one point...
