they do not care about you they just in it for the money
as long as you don’t need anything and you’re okay with the apartment as is you’ll be fine. if you like good customer service and people to be real with you this definitely isn’t the place. i made a few very simple requests such as blankets considering the only ones were one on each bed. so half of us slept with towels or hoodies over us the entire stay because he kept saying he’d bring them along with a tv remote he told us he’d deliver to us on day 1. didn’t get either until basically the last day. we were there a week…beds are slightly broken/not put together properly (although firm enough for my dad which is rare). broken lights, broken remotes, definitely isn’t completely equipped, which is the first few words of the listing title. lobby is a wreck due to construction going on in the building 24/7 even tho the listing clearly states it would of concluded months ago. half the amenity doors don’t work for whatever reason with the stupid app, so you can’t even use the lounges or gym sometimes. along with your apartment door depending on your own connection. front door to the building was down for a time so everyone had to come in the back. 1 of the elevators down for a few days so it takes forever for the one that does work to come because of how many people are using it. it’s like the building is a really great idea that got executed awfully. if they put the time and effort into it it could be something nice. if those things don’t bother you definitely book away!!
