”Small, boutique apart-hotel centrally located in a quiet and charismatic part of Sliema. Sliema’s main shopping areas and the waterfront promenade (for the water taxi to Valletta), Balutta Bay or St. Julian’s/Paceville are all easily reachable by foot within a 15-30 minutes. ”We had such an amazing stay at the Mike Hotel! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious and we had breakfast brought up everyday. The surrounding area was quiet and safe and very near the ferry to Valletta which only takes about 10 mins. I really hope to return one day!”

"There was issues with my reservation (they downgraded me from the room that I had booked and paid for) and hotel did not manage it well. They could have very easily turned the situation into a (more) positive one, but lacked completely common sense. Luckily Hotels.com/Expedia stepped in to manage this and refund me. Thank you Expedia! Otherwise hotel is ok, but IMHO you can find better value for money in the 5 star hotel category. Fitness center and pool are located cross the street at a different building, and are limited in terms of opening hours. "
