The Landes pine forest has a particular kind of stillness — the light filtering through the trees, the resin-scented air, and the lake beaches just 800 metres away, offering everything the Atlantic Southwest does best. The Domaine de Gascogne is set right within it, a well-composed residence where the natural setting does most of the work and the apartment simply needs to provide a comfortable, well-equipped base. This one-bedroom alcove apartment for six delivers exactly that, with a generous layout, a private terrace or balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment features a double bedroom, a living area with a daybed and pull-out bed, and a sleeping alcove with bunk beds — giving six guests a relaxed and practical division of space. A bathroom with a bath, a separate shower room, and a toilet ensure mornings run smoothly for the whole group. The fully equipped open-plan kitchenette includes a combined oven-microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. TV, bed linen, and towels are included, and the private terrace or balcony frames the pine-shaded grounds beautifully. Free parking is available within the residence.

The unheated outdoor pool and children's paddling pool are free and open from May to September, and table tennis and a play area are available throughout the stay at no extra cost. A bicycle storage facility is on-site, and golf and bike hire can be arranged nearby as paid options.

Biscarrosse's lake beaches are a short walk away, with sailing, hiking, and horse riding all close by. Arcachon is 30km, and Bordeaux with its wine estates and UNESCO heritage is a rewarding 80km day trip.
