The apartment is on the ground floor of the residence and comprises two bedrooms: one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed. There is a semi-open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a TV (Wi-Fi available for a fee, 4G reception is weak) and two sofa beds for three people, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate shower room with a toilet. Outside, a pleasant covered terrace awaits you, perfect for enjoying your meals. Ample parking is available in front of the residence. From the parking area, you can easily walk to the lake to relax, try paddleboarding, have fun at the Aqua Park (Europe's largest inflatable water park), or dine at the beachfront restaurants. You can also explore our beautiful cycle paths by bike. For the more athletic, cycle to the ocean to admire the sunset.
