The 80 sq m (850 sq ft) holiday apartment has two floors. The ground floor features a combined living room and kitchen, equipped with a fitted kitchen, a dining area, and a seating area (the sofa converts into a bed). A separate toilet is also located on this floor. On the first floor are two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a bunk bed), each with a south-facing balcony offering stunning views of the Berchtesgaden mountains. The bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub with a shower screen, and a toilet.

The apartment also features a fully equipped fitted kitchen, two separate bedrooms (one with three beds and one with two beds), a large living room with a seating area and a separate sofa bed, a bathroom with two sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and underfloor heating. The toilet is separate, and the hallway has a large dining area.
