”Parking easy. Arrival reception very welcoming. We got upgraded 2 bedroom apartment with on sweet bathrooms. Kitchen and maybe other parts of the apartment upgrade needed. Quiet and slept well. ”It was great. Stayed while passing through, so we were only there one night. Close to food. I can’t remember what we did nearby, but it seemed like a nice place to stay for a couple of days. We were heading from Scotland to London though, so no time for a stop. Only thing we found was that there was no oven. Slightly inconvenient since we bought pizzas to cook. The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. Poorly maintained inside the building with stains all over the floor. 1 x double bed and 2 x single was the description. ”We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.”
