”The cottage was attractively decorated and furnished and was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The information handbook was comprehensive.It was very clean and well maintained and was also in a wonderful location with beautiful scenery all around it.The only downside was the bathroom and the lack of shower screen and wall mounted shower. ”

”Beautifully clean cottage in an idyllic setting. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, which was very much appreciated for a chilly weekend, as were the fresh milk and delicious biscuits. Fantastic walks all over, every one of which our dogs loved.The cottage had everything we needed. A very well equiped kitchen, and we were happy to see for the first time in all our rentals, proper Gin glasses! Large, quality wine glasses too. In fact, the cottage was equipped with quality...

”Lovely cosy cottage. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.We loved the wildlife and the spectacular views. So peaceful and a very short drive to Barnard castle. If I'm to be picky I would say a heater would be a good idea in the conservatory for colder months. The cottage itself was really warm. I can honestly say there is nothing to complain about. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you.”
