Day I checked in, noticed that one tire was flattening. Excellent suggestion to Simpson Tire. Problem fixed. So service 👍 also good suggestion for dining.

Nice outside seating area to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Right in the heart of Bishop so walking to eat of drink is easy.

Our room was extremely dirty. The floor had so much dirt on it as we walked around in our socks they were black on the bottom of them. In the bathtub, the faucet was broken and held together with plastic clips and what appeared to be a plastic bag. The vinyl floor was raising, and as you stepped on it, it would go down about a half an inch to click on the hard floor beneath. We will never stay at that location again. I was surprised that when we looked at the ratings for that hotel it showed a 4.7 out of five. I wonder how that was done! Very unhappy!!

The Inn is older but they have done a decent job in keeping it clean and looking nice. The flooring was damaged in sections causing a trip hazzard/toe buster situation. The breakfast was bakery items and cereal. There were not anything that someone with a gluten allergy could eat like eggs or fruit as found in other locations/hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you need somewhere to sleep overnight and want a clean bed this is perfect but if you want a little more I would look elsewhere.

Floor covering not secured. Noisy plumbing. Noise from walking guests on 2nd floor. Pet fee but no poop bags in the designated pet relief area. Bathtub marred. Its ok for an overnight rest if you don't need much sleep.

The room given is on level 1 and there is too much noise from the top floor. Too much of walking and dropping stuff constantly and staff are unable to sort it out, it is 9:50 in the night and I am having a hard time putting my kid to sleep. Looks like this old structure is unable to take up this stress from the top........

Great customer service. However, the AC/Heating Unit (Mini Split) located at the Room 113 produced very loud noise whenever it went off that kept waking us up in the middle of the night (thus lack of restfully sleep). Just after midnight, we turned off the machine. We decided that being chill, but under blanket as well as dealing with poor ventilation, they were better than being awaken every 10 to 20 minutes. This was our experience for a family with two small kids. Hope that other people fair better.

Property had everything I needed. It was clean, the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was full but I heard zero disturbance. Breakfast was good for me. Staff at front desk was friendly and efficient upon arrival. Worked for me for my two night stay.

I was stranded in Bishop due to a ruptured brake line and picked Quality Inn for its proximity to local pibs and shopping. It worked out great. Lots of options in walking distance. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped turn a bad situation into a memorable couple of days.

Not a Karen, just a little disappointed!
I was expecting a little more based on some people’s comments. The room was clean and in a good location, except that we found hair in the tub, (not a big big deal) we couldn’t sleep cuz the guests on the second floor were dancing or something and since the rooms have laminated floors you can hear them footsteps, and they didn’t stop until almost 4:00am ( so if you get a room don’t choose ground floor lol) also breakfast was not good, bagels with cream cheese and waffles, coffee was too concentrated and the milk was expired or something cuz it had a really disgusting taste

It checked all the boxes. The rooms were cute and clean. It got a little busy in the evenings when the skiers came back for the night. But overall it was good. The bed was super duper comfy. And the tub was huge if you like to take baths 😊

Their breakfast was very limited. Coffee pot was empty and almost nothing to eat at 7am. The bathroom doorknob was broken and would have been apparent to the maid. I reported it when I checked out to the front desk. I also mentioned the lack of breakfast foods. She said that Smart n Final had lots of foods out of stock....so shop Costco instead of letting customers go without breakfast!

I will never stay here again, terrible condition
I will never stay here again. Fridge and hair dryer broken. Manager unavailable at night and at 930am the next morning. He also refused to speak with me over the phone. Staff did not offer refund if I wanted to go to another hotel with working fridge. When hotels.com staff called Dan, manager, he flat out lied to them stating I was offered a refund when I checked in, which NEVER happened.
