”Staff was rude during check in. Hotel room smells horrendous. Place was dirty. It says “nice dogs” welcome but it was all reactive dogs, barking all day and night. Dog friendly but the place is full of uncleaned dog poop. When I was promoted in the app for a review i left a star, which then made the staff call me at 1030 PM!!! To question my low stars.
