”rooms clean, good location, good price quality ratio but if one single thing can be changed and creat a big impact is your coffee!!! your coffee is really one of the worst coffee of all hotels i stayed ever. if you change that you will get much much better customer retention.”

”This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.”

”Quite a few maintenance issues and repairs needed to room, broken light fixture in bathroom, broken thermostat, malfunctioning commode. The carpeting had a film on it which felt grimy when walking barefooted. The room felt damp, like moisture was trapped in the room. Beds were extremely hard. I will not be staying here again.”

”Rooms were clean, showers were hot. Could have used more larger towels. Beds were comfortable and the AC unit ran cold. Breakfast was ok- adequate for a quick morning meal. Location was very convenient.”
