”Big hotel with a golf course. Hotel has already seen it´s best days and would benefit of renovation. Our room smelled strongly of diesel oil or similar and was located next to elevator which could be heard in the room. The hotel was quite empty. Location was convenient near to airport if leaving for a early flight. Hotel provided transport to airport for 110 000 Rps.”

You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. ”One of the key points which every hotel has is to provide two bottles of water per day when stayin at hotel. Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty. I made compalint three times to reception and to waitress at restaurant and written, but with no notice. This gave me the impression that the hotel did not care at all of my staying. ”The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.”
