This bright vacation home near the lake is located in the middle of beautiful nature and is the ideal starting point for a vacation with fishing, hiking and swimming. Bring the family and enjoy the time in this house far away from the hustle and bustle with cooking together, socializing by the fireplace and lovely family meals. Relax on the terrace during the day and enjoy the view of the beautiful countryside.



You will spend your vacation in the town of Vikeså by the beautiful Lake Svela and the surrounding area offers numerous excursion options. Take an afternoon trip to the top of Storafjellet in the center of Vikeså or go on a hike to the top of Svartaknuten mountain. The exciting Uadalen area is home to the remains of a large farm complex from the Iron Age. Follow the marked hiking trail that leads through the forest, across a river and to the other side of the water. You will also find burial mounds in the area. The first cross-country ski trails run close to the house, from here you can also see the slope of Stavtjørn Skisenter, which you can reach quickly from the vacation home.



Note: In winter, the ascent is difficult as you have to park in the winter parking lot and walk up a fairly steep slope for approx. 600 m, so the house is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
