”I stayed for a week. It is a nice apartment with daily cleaning service and access control in the lobby. It's a very safe and accessible location. The folks in the restaurant downstairs were very nice. ”

”Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out.”

”Excellent and well maintained apartment for my family. Lovely balcony. Setup of living area with sofas and tv was a little unusual, but not a deal breaker. Cleaning staff have taken a lot of care and attention. Excellent location to get around Cape Town. Useful with a mall nearby too.”

”Excellent apartment. With a howling South Easter on the south side, the balcony on the north side is quiet and still. Great view of the lagoon and nothing but crickets at night. Many thanks to the security staff, alway pleasant, patient and helpful ”
