”Nguyen was a super host. He quickly replied to and accommodated our small requests. He offered several times to get anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. We also enjoyed the covered patio in back for observing the desert bird life; and in my case setting up my easel to paint. The location is convenient, about 15 minutes to Carefree and Cave Creek, and five minutes from Safeway and Target with a USPS drop box in the lot.
