”Clean comfortable quiet. I liked that the shower had bars for safety and the strips in bottom. Helpful. Parking good”

”The room had no heat with room being 65 degrees. Bathroom sink would not drain properly. Commode was to low making it difficult to access.. Room was adjacent to the pool with operating hours 8am to 10pm. Up until 11pm babies were screaming just outside our pool access door. All in all I would never stay here again. They refused to compensate in any way since we booked through Expedia.”

”My son and I each had a room. I did not see the state of my son's room until the next morning. My room: food and giant dust balls under the beds. Thick dust on the AC unit, bathroom vent, lamps. Pee, hair and dirt around the toilet. Crud in the window track. During the night the refrigerator stopped working and the massively iced-over freezer melted all over the floor. I used my towels to soak it up. Son's room: equally dirty. Sock from previous guest on a lightbulb. Missing smoke detector. Hair...

”Hotel needs a lot of modernization. Bath was strained brown, there was some kind of mold or something behind the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not good. Tiny muffins with no description. People screaming at each other at about 1 am!! And someone running up and down the hallway. This is not as promised In the brochure. I was embarrassed as I had booked a friend a room on our journey back home and this was the place I booked. Wish I could get a refund.”

”This hotel was worse than the photos. It had a musty/dirty smell. As I walked to my room a very large dog was in another room and barked aggressively every time you walked past. The people in the room across the hallway sounded as if they were having a domestic dispute. The yelling and screaming could be heard from my room. When I walked into the room it appeared to be clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I ever sat on. I immediately left and found another hotel that was more...

”Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities.”

”We left another hotel in the area because it was not clean and tried here. It was clean, great breakfast and everyone was so nice. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Would definately stay here again!”

”Our new favorite hotel in Great Falls, MT...actually, in the world! It's got such authentic retro charm. Our room was newly renovated, but in 1950's style, including a vinyl record player! The hotel is old, and looks its age in some ways, but what a delight! To crown it off, the Sip n Dip cocktail bar (with real swimming mermaids) ranks right up there as one of the greatest bars on the planet.”

”Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

”I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.”

”The bathroom was in terrible condition. I arrived late and left early. Bed was decent though. If you book and pay on line, be sure to say. I was almost double charged for my room. There is no room deposit. Parking is a bit tight. Says there is breakfast included - no. ”

”All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls...
