”Our room had an awful smell like either smoking or urine ! I did tell the man at the counter but that was it! We had to sleep there 2 nights. We will probably stay there again as that was our 3rd time but I will request not to have room 12 ”

”Spotless room, relaxed friendly and efficient staff. Location great if going to The Garden of Unearthly Delights or Glutony during the Festival. Breakfast was very good and well priced. ”

”The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.”

”The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance...

”There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space ”

”Everything about Breakfree proved to be great during my 2 day stay. It was an excellent and stress free experience. I plan to stay there again if the price remains affordable. Thank you once again for providing good accommodation with kitchenette, iron and hairdryer included. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location too in Melbourne St, Nth Adelaide!”

”The room is excellent, spacious and clean. It’s a digital hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. You must read the instructions and download the app. Getting in and out the room was tricky using your phone. ”

”This is a nice place: clean, helpful staff, A/C, wifi, and parking. Very well-located to Gluttony and the Garden. The reasons it’s not a 5: wifi is a bit slow and seems choppy, parking costs extra and it’s needed if you have a car. Beds are good, and pillows are decent. Staff is pleasant and really helpful We would not hesitate to stay here again.”
