”It is an older property but taken care of. We stay here every time in town to see grandson and a football game over at the college. Have always had great customer service from the front desk and friendly hellos from staff in hallways”
”I was a little apprehensive about staying at this motel but let me tell you, it’s one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Yes, it’s on the much older side but it was so clean, 5 mins from the softball fields and offered 8lb bags of ice on site.
It was perfect for 2 nights in manti for softball. We also ate breakfast at Charlee’s which is in the parking lot and their food was great, also super clean and great service (we had to be at the fields before the breakfast started at the...

”This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature.
The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails.

”This property is the perfect combination of comfort and rustic. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay: living area with small fridge and microwave, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds, and a full bathroom. The AC and fans made it quite comfortable. This was upstairs, which was challenging for me. Next time I might choose a ground floor apartment or cabin. The best thing about this place is the beautiful scenery, hiking trails, farm animals, and other recreational amenities....
