”We stayed for one week in this beautiful log house, which had all of the amenities that one would need. Both inside and outside very well equipped. Sian was excellent in answering my queries before we arrived. Sue the housekeeper, responded in no time when I texted her to ask where I would find an extra tea towel and bin liner. She came a short time after to get them from the locked housekeeper's cupboard-thank you Sue!”

”This house is lovely and ideal for a larger group (10 adults and a dog). Everything was clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including an extra fridge in the utility. It has a lovely garden with plenty of room to sit out if the weather allows. Bathrooms are modern and large. Beds are clean and comfortable. Beautiful quiet location within walking distance of the local cafe/shop. We had a very enjoyable stay.”

Small and cosy room in the middle of renovations.
"The property seemed to be undergoing some renovations, which didn't feel like they were actively being worked at. Almost felt like time was standing still. Hallways smelled like filler materials, but the room itself was small and cosy. Unfortunately there was no hot water coming from the shower nor from the tap in the bathroom. TV did turn on, but the picture was glitching due to some cable/antenna interference or damage. Otherwise nothing more to complain about. Not too bad for the cheap price they are offering the rooms for. It was pretty much what we were looking for; shelter from the stormy weather instead of camping in the wind and the rain."
