The views of the course and the surrounding mountains are one of the things the owners love the most.
For all you outdoor lovers, Lake Tomahawk is just a short walk away. On a clear day, the views of the Seven Sisters Mountain range from the lake walking trail are stunning. Don't forget to bring your tennis rackets as there are courts near the lake! The Blue Ridge Parkway and all the many nature trails, waterfalls, and scenic views that it offers can be reached within minutes. Finally, no trip to this area would be complete without a trip to the Biltmore House and all the fun of Asheville, both are less than 30 minutes away.

Please note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. The owners have an exterior camera for the front door and driveway only. If you rent Birdie View monthly, included with the monthly rent is a $100 monthly power allowance and a $50 monthly water allowance. Any overage will be reimbursed by the tenant.
