Welcome to our beautiful family-friendly home, just a stone’s throw away from the Black Mountain Historic District! Nestled in a secluded and quiet neighborhood, our property offers the perfect blend of privacy, leisure, and accessibility to the district’s charm and nearby outdoor adventure. After exploring the area, come to relax in our hot tub, sit around the fire pit, or take a nap in the hammock! We love hosting families or groups of friends coming to enjoy the nightlife and outdoor fun!
The Space:
Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking spaces in the driveway around the back. While the garage is used for owner storage, the driveway is available for parking. The home can be entered from the front entrance via a rustic stone path that leads around our home from our driveway. Entering the property through the front door, you will be welcomed into a cozy, uplifting space with comfortable décor and a welcoming atmosphere.
LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA:
Inside the home, you will enjoy our open floor plan living and dining area. The living room seats five via an antique leather sofa and two Victorian chairs. The spacious dining table seats eight, providing you and your guests with effortless enjoyment. A large sliding glass door keeps the room well-lit, and a large 60” smart tv sits opposite the sofa. Bring your login and enjoy almost any streaming app!

KITCHEN:
The living room space leads to the kitchen with a well-appointed L-Shape counter. There is plenty of room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared. The fully stocked kitchen has all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware.

MASTER BEDROOM:
Stairs near the front entrance lead up to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The king bed sits between twin nightstands with reading lights. An open space for Yoga and basic Yoga and fitness equipment are available in the Master bedroom as well! A smart TV is also provided here (bring your login). The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with towels and washcloths.

OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:
The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin nightstands with reading lights. A full bathroom on the first floor provides added convenience.
Bedroom 3 contains queen bunk beds – perfect for kids and adult friends!
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The roomy wrap-around deck, accessible from the living and dining area and front door, provides stunning views of the surrounding woodlands. Larger groups enjoy conversation around the Solo firepit area, which seats four and our BRAND NEW HOT TUB that seats 3. We provide a gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor cooking under our charming string lights! Our front porch area offers additional seating and a hammock for a lovely afternoon nap. In the back corner of the yard, we offer a well-kept and accessible lawn area for picnics, outdoor activities, or relaxing.

✔ Cleanliness is our top priority, and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home!
✔ Our home has a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and an iron for your use.
✔ We keep a first aid kit in the kitchen for minor cuts and scrapes.
✔ We provide cotton linens for each guest.
✔ We provide essential goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, laundry pods, and sponges. We currently do not provide Shampoo, Conditioner, or Body Wash. Those are coming soon.
✔ Coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea are included.

If you're looking for an early check-in or a late check-out, you can request and snag these through the store. Just a heads up, while we'll do our best, we can't promise these options. It's all about making sure our cleaning crew has ample time to prep the home for your stay or for the next set of awesome guests!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and property except the garage and upstairs cleaning closet. Entry is via the keypad on the front door. A unique code will be provided in your check-in messenger app.
Other Things to Note:
We are pet friendly, and we welcome house-trained pets!
Our local and responsive cohosts Josh & Regina are available for any questions, concerns or local recommendations. Please message through the app and they will respond.
** Important**
By reserving this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules:
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOME or on the property.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- No unregistered guests allowed overnight on the property.
- Excessive amount of guests not allowed
- No packages mailed to the home.
- NO PARTIES or Events of any kind inside or on the property.
-We are a dog friendly home, with a max of 3, but we require pets be added to the guest registration as we charge a $200.00 pet fee per stay. The fee will be automatically added to your reservation by adding pets to your registration.
- No excessive noise after 10Pm. Quiet Hours 10P-7A. There is a noise level county ordinance. Violation may result in the police being called, and termination of your reservation.
**Fire Pit Safety**
- Never leave fire unattended
- Ensure fire is completely out before leaving or going to bed. There is a water hose around the corner of the hose that will reach the firepit on the deck.
- Fire extinguisher in kitchen
- We currently do not provide firewood, additional for purchase at local grocery stores and gas stations.
**PENALTIES / CLAIMS FOR THE FOLLOWING**
- Damaged or Stolen property: At replacement cost of the damaged or stolen property.
- Smoke / Fire damage: $250+, dependent on cost to clean/repair
- Lost Keys: $50 to rekey
- Late Checkout (after 10am) without consent.: $75
- Unregistered Guests: $50/ guest or reservation cancelled without refund.
- Deep Cleaning if property excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning: $150
Amenity limitations-We provide two rolls of bath tissue per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, and two garbage bags for each bin. More can be provided for longer stays, and may have a charge associated. If you need more, please ask and we will try to accommodate you.
Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed for repairs.
The ring doorbell camera is for the protection of our guests and the property. It is not actively monitored. It also provides you, the guest, an additional means to contact us in case of emergency. There are no cameras inside the home.
