”I booked a standard ensuite double room but upgraded to the Tudor Suite. I chose this hotel because it is hundreds of years old, which is something we don’t get to experience much in the USA! ”Great location. Nice upgrade to executive room.but it's beaten up.tired. lots of cracks,needs a refresher. Mold in shower tiles. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Just tired rooms.”

”The room was spacious and reasonably clean. Quite basic but serviceable. What was not good was the bathroom: we understand that a shared bathroom depends a lot on the other guests, but the grime on the toilet and in the bath tub was days old. We chose not to shower here this morning because we didn’t feel at ease.”

”Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh. Will definately be coming back”

”Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...
