The homestead “Glen Isla” was equally as wonderful and had such attention to detail with the charm of a beautiful historic and lovingly restored home. There was nothing one could want for- everything was there and more! The hosts had auch attention to detail and thoughtfulness to make the stay truly special and memorable. ”The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. There was an awful smell on...

”Perfect, cosy cottage for a weekend away with my partner. Walking trails at the end of the laneway, sunset from the front deck, fireplace for cool nights. Superbly equipped kitchen with supplies for breakfast, great coffee maker too. A very comfortable weekend away”
