”The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...

”Our stay the "friends hotel" was a great stay. We couldnt ask for better hosts, dot was so nice, making sure we had everything we needed. Rooms where what to expect for the price. We opted to have our evening meals there. Both breakfast and evening meals where very good, being asked what we wanted the evening before, with plenty to choice to choose. We are already thinking about coming to visit Blackpool again and would definitely choose to stay at this b&b”

”Owner really helpful, car parking space very handy for location. We were offered the option of purchasing a full english breakfast which we took advantage of, the food was lovely and really good produce used. We stayed in the lumiere room which was a great price, slight damp smell when you walked in and some of the purple paint needed touching up. I would stay again but book a different room. ”

”we were welcomed by Phil on arrival, such a friendly guy who enjoys a chat over breakfast in the morning. He really looked after us and the other guest. The hotel was easy to find, great location for pleasure beach and south pier. Rooms really comfortable and all ensuite. The beds were comfy and tea/coffee in room with mini fridge. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, continental but filling and plenty to go around. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for the laughs. We will be back :) ”
