”Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again.”

”Friendly Reception Staff. The sea view room that we were allocated was awful generally!! Scaffolding blocking any possible sea view!! Went back to Reception to ask for another room. Very helpful and located a room on the side of the Hotel with no scaffolding up and at least a seaview. Had to ask for another bedside cabinet! Surely the simplest item to have in a room. ”The room was fairly clean no smell the carpet needed a bit of cleaning just a bit of smell from one of the pillows not that bad and the kettle was not unusable because it was not cleaned from inside, there was nothing use to mop up the water in the shower it was wet but the rooms were very spacious shops were near by only 2minute walks and 10 minutes walk to the beach staff were very good”
