”I booked a family room for 6 travellers at The Beeches Hotel for a one-night stay (24th–25th) with breakfast included. When we arrived, we were told they could not provide the room we had already booked and paid for. After a long discussion while my children were waiting tired in the car, they first offered us two separate rooms with only 5 beds in total, which obviously was not suitable for 6 people. ”A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, overlooking the golf course. There's an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. (Just one gripe; there was only one biscuit provided... in a room for two? We stayed for two nights and on both days only one biscuit was provided...strange, but true). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.”

”This hotel must have changed ownership since I booked it there was no games room no bar no restaurant bed linen wasn't ironed no tea or coffee in room only kettle with no cups no breakfast and seeing some if the guests it's for homeless people it was clean one of the beds base was just sheets of wood if any one had laid in it it would have broken also said it was on seafront it was 15 minute walk also some residents kicking doors at 2 in the morning shouting till 4.40”

Not clean had a funny smell Owner said penthouse well if that’s what it was then horrible 1 cup and kettle for 2 of us no tea coffee milk or sugar. Shared bathroom was unclean Staff seemed friendly but as soon as checked in disappeared. Shops nearby some were open. Location good 5/10 min walk away from beach. Stayed 10 minutes then left”
