”Staff were fantastic, got a nice upgrade - which included views of the Pier, Tower and Beach, however window was howling, so couldn’t really see much out of it… Breakfast was a bit disappointing, bed very uncomfortable. As expected with the price I paid tho. Doubt I’ll be back.”

”We had a refurbished room which was pleasant but there was a lot of direct behind the bedside cupboard. The check in was very very slow. 2 staff on check in one of which was her first day. ”

”Q was immaculate, the room was finished to a very high standard, you get a very warm welcome from the owners an it would appear that nothing is too much trouble for them. Overall a very positive experience and we will definitely stay again.”
