”We had room 20 it was clean cosy and had a working tv and remote . There was plenty of coffee tea and milk. Bed was comfy and we were given fresh towels . Shower was nice and hot . Absolutely brilliant for a budget hotel . I would stay again . ”

”Second time here, so I knew the room would be cosy and clean, the breakfast would be superb and the wi-fi work reliably. Biggest reason for returning still the loveliest staff - thank you for a perfect stay!”

”Stayed here new year and new year day with my husband and this was fine hotel, you get what you pay for, how can anyone complain is beyond me for 13 pounds each a night, you can’t camp in your own tent for that, bedding was fresh and fresh towels, basic yes but who cares for that price, staff was polite and friendly, never bother you in the slightest, we enjoyed and will go back too”

”Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again.”

”Owners are brilliant, can’t do enough for their guests. It’s a friendly atmosphere and while we were there , there were several couples we spoke to who have been back numerous times. Excellent value and breakfast is great.”

”I'm so glad I chose this Guest House to stay at, after reading some awful reviews about other places (Always do your research first. For example l, I went to the Blackpool Tower Circus yesterday, had a fantastic couple of hours there and during the interval got chatting to a couple in front of me and they didn't realise that the Circus ring is directly centred under the Tower itself. ”Group of 10 of stayed for one night, great welcome from Conor who couldn't be more helpful. Room was spotless with everything you could want including fridge and air con. Downstairs bar is a great place for a drink before heading out for the night and Funny Girls is only a short walk away. Would definitely come here again if looking for a night in Blackpool. ”

”Would highly recommend, was unsure at first, with some bad reviews but they where unfounded, very nice clean apartment with all utensils included, I will definitely book again The only thing that was a little let down was the TV was broke But I had my iPad so could still watch everything on that ”

”Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend”
