”I routinely book a room here to visit friends. I also inform them about my cat. I am not sure why they have tried to place me in room 241 repeatedly. Room 241 smells horrible, the A/C doesn’t work well & the fridge doesn’t preserve anything. The TV is extremely tiny and useless. All of my food was soggy warm & ruined. The carpet also has stains all over & the toilet was dirty & the sink had toothpaste in it. I got my friend to call up & check about free rooms. They told him they had some...
