The desk clerk came in the room and my husband & I helped her plug, un-plug, & reset the box to no avail. We left our room to go for dinner and returned about 11p to roaches mostly in the bathroom and around the entry way. ”All staff and management were extremely kind and helpful. They let me check in 2 hours early for no extra cost. Housekeeping only services rooms after every three nights. That leaves you taking care of your own trash and towel exchange for three days. Breakfast was the same sausage ( burnt half the time), diced potatoes (sometimes raw and crunchy), biscuits, and gravy. The only variant was one day the scrambled eggs were covered in cheese. ”Place is very clean. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping comes every other day if you're staying longer than a day. My only complaint is that the bed mattress was to hard for my liking. I recommend this hotel highly.”
