”Perfect location for our needs”

”Room was ok for a single night. Apartments did not seem well built. Had poor ventilation and smelt of curry. Bad sound insulation. Beds ok, not great. Pillows need improvement. Parking in street was fine. We could hear people banging around at 5:30. Linen was good quality and clean. Room was clean. We haven’t stayed in Adelaide before so nothing to compare with but it seemed expensive for what we got. ”

”Uitstekend aparthotel op loopafstand van restaurantjes, bushaltes en grote supermarkt. Keuken met basisvoorzieningen om te kunnen koken. Snijplank mist maar verder voldoende keukengerei. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Klein zwembad. Geen eten te koop in de lobby. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie, geen last van verkeer.”

”The $30 per day for parking is very expensive when you consider how much it costs to stay in the hotel. The extras in the room are not replaced daily, shower cap, sanitary bag, vanity set. Was told at the grand bar we had a $50 credit for staying in the hotel only to find out this is only if you book direct with the hotel. Pool chairs broken and need cushions due to stretching make them quite uncomfortable.”

”Very basic 5-star hotel, no luxury. I would say more like a great 4 star hotel than 5. Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean. Valet parking was not available during our stay and also no help with luggages.”

”This hotel is centrally located, and the heritage and historic elements are very interesting. However, it is way overpriced for the experience. We arrived quite late (about 9pm) and had a less than enthusiastic welcome from reception staff, which I would describe as professional but chilly. The room was spacious but the decor is depressing; I recognise they are trying to retain the historic aspect but the furniture is dark and uninspiring. One of the bathroom tumblers still had toothpaste...

”First night I was given a room with no power then moved to another room with power. Fire alarm went off during the night on both nights. No idea why. No offer to discount night with no power. ”
