Jos et ole koskaan ollut Birch Bay, on aika nähdä, miksi tämä piilotettu helmi kaupungin on ollut toista kohde niin paljon. Jacobs Landing Condominiums on ollut kuuma paikka niin monta vuotta ja sen sijainti, mukavuudet ja erinomainen näköala.

Tämä äskettäin uusittu huoneisto on esteetön rantanäkymät ja on etelään, joten paljon iltapäivän auringossa kunnes kaunista auringonlaskua. Yksi vain muutama todellinen 2 bed 2 kylpy asunnot, Mestari on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone seisomaan suihkussa. 2. makuuhuone pystyy nukkuu jopa 5, jossa kaksinkertainen yli kaksinkertainen kerrossänky kanssa vyöryä. Kaasu BBQ, puutarhakalusteita, puuhella ja pesukone ja kuivaaja tekevät vierailustasi mukavan ja mihin aikaan vuodesta tahansa. Asiakkaat voivat käyttää klubitalo jossa uima-allas / poreallas, pelihuone, racquetball, ja tennis. Yhteinen toiminta lähellä ovat, simpukka kaivaminen, sivuttain etenevät, ranta kampaus, kävely, juoksu, pyöräilyä ja vesiurheilua (vuokra kauppoja.) Kätevästi 60 minuutin etelään Vancouver BC ja 90 minuuttia pohjoiseen Seattlessa.

The location is great and the property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it was not nearly as good as it could have been. -The couch was broken and the rest of the seating was not comfortable (metal chairs!) -there is no air conditioning and it was super hot and muggy. -the blinds were broken and so the sun was beating in the whole day, making it even hotter. Host did say they were ordering new ones, but curtains in the meantime would have been helpful. -the t.v. was not working -the main bedroom is upstairs and is a loft, not an actual bedroom. No privacy and stairs were not mentioned, which are not ideal for me. -the door to the bathroom in the main bedroom needs fixing.... it is super hard to close. -the clubhouse is great, and i was looking forward to playing raquetball, sunce i haven't played in years, but there were no paddles/racquetballs available to use or rent anywhere, which was super frustrating and disappointing. That was one of the main reasons i chose this property. All things are fixable and like i said, it has potential. Hopefully the host will make a few changes and it will be better for you!

Lovely stay in Birch Bay!

Ryan’s condo is wonderful, in a clean and quiet complex with plenty of parking, an inside pool, plenty of grassy space for kids to run, and steps from the beach! You have a great view from the patio! A cool breeze runs through the unit making it perfectly comfortable! My boys loved the bunks and we slept upstairs in the master. We appreciated the laundry machines in the unit, a large full size bathroom with a tub downstairs, and the space inside! It’s outfitted with all you need for a great stay!

Convenient to Birch Bay Amenities

Nice property. Host was quick to respond to questions, but a comprehensive info sheet explaining how to handle trash and recycling, bedding and towels upon checkout, wifi info (posted on refrigerator), and maybe recommending places to eat, grab a beer, etc. would have been very helpful. Primary bedroom's sliding wood door definitely needs some adjustment, along with plastic slat shade to deck. Both were difficult to operate. Expected a hairdryer but there was none. Not sure if soaps/shampoos we found and used were provided or other guest's leftovers! Daytime temps were around 70 and evening temps in low 60s when we were there and primary bedroom in loft was warm; might be overly so with warmer temps, since no AC.

Lovely place to stay!

We were very happy with the suite. It was clean and very nicely decorated. It was stocked with extra blankets and pillows, as well as all the cooking utensils and toiletries we needed for the week-long stay. In-suite laundry was great as well as the dishwasher and bbq. Parking was right next to the place and everything was easy to manage and access. Ryan was an excellent host, he answered many questions (and texts), and everything went smoothly. We will be back again the next time we are in Birch Bay!

Wonderful stay

Ryan’s place was great! We have stayed in Birch Bay for years and several times in Jacobs Landing. He has done a beautiful job updating it. The home was clean and stocked with anything one may need for cooking or perhaps something you may have forgot to bring. The views off the deck were stunning. Nothing like a Birch Bay sunset. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to be back again!

Great Location

This condo is is great location. The condo was spotlessly clean, neat, and well supplied. Ryan, the owner was responsive and cooperative in every way. The only caution is the number of stairs in and out. Senior renters should be aware. Great stay!

Perfect getaway

Condo was just as described and more. Everything was available and right across the street from the main bay. VERY easy walking to restaurants and market. I am from the area, was visiting family and I will not hesitate to book here in the future.

Beautiful views, lovely home

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The views of Birch Bay were breathtaking. Just walk out the door and you're a few steps away from the beach. It's in a condo complex, but the neighbors were incredibly quiet. Will definitely return!
