BOHO BLUE HERON OF BIRCH BAY. Welcome to this relaxed coastal retreat just a short walk from public beach access and local eateries. Here you’ll find plenty of room for gathering with family and friends, balanced by quiet spaces to rest, recharge, and unwind.

THE PROPERTY. Boho Blue Heron includes 2 distinct gathering spaces–the Blue Cabin and Heron’s Roost. The Blue Cabin is an original beach cottage renovated with boho coastal charm. There’s a living room, kitchen, dining room, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom. Heron’s Roost is a spacious entertainment barn. Downstairs features a pool/air hockey table, large-screen TV, and cushy sofas. It’s the perfect hangout spot for movie nights, games, or simply spending time together. Upstairs is additional sleeping space best suited for preteens, teens or adults.

OUTDOORS. Relax in the hot tub while the charcoal grill heats up, then gather with family and friends on the deck for an easy outdoor meal. As night falls, light the wood fire pit. Make s’mores and settle in under the stars.

QUIET SPACES. When it’s time to recharge, escape to the private balcony or intimate sunroom off the deck--guest favorites for quiet conversation or unwinding.

COOKING. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cookware, bowls, baking pans, and essentials. A repurposed ship’s cabinet provides extra workspace. The coffee station is stocked with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, coffee grinder, and toaster. An extra refrigerator is located in Heron’s Roost.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM. At day’s end, retire to the Blue Cabin’s master bedroom, where gold stars on the deep blue ceiling set the tone for a blissful night’s sleep on the comfy queen-size bed. Or head upstairs to Heron’s Roost’s spacious, rustic attic bedroom with 2 queen-size beds—perfect for families. The bathroom is a special treat. Pamper yourself with a leisurely bath in the antique clawfoot tub by the glow of fairy lights or enjoy the rain shower with handheld sprayer. Grab your towel out of a real canoe, mounted at the end of the tub.

AND THERE’S MORE. Two bikes and 2 kayaks are available for exploring. Bikes, golf carts, and beach equipment can be rented locally. Complimentary high-speed Xfinity internet makes it easy to stay connected. Work remotely at the living room desk or settle in at the large, solid wood dining table with plenty of room for laptops and papers. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a $100 non refundable pet fee.
