Jacobs Landing 207 View 1 Bedroom Condo
**Please note that from March 15-September 15 2026 Jacobs Landing will be having new roof put on all the builds. This will be a staggered project so not all buildings at the same time. Check with your host for more information. **
This beautiful one bedroom one bath lower level condo recently went through a complete remodel and has been beautifully remodeled. Fresh paint, new flooring, new bed, new furniture, cabinets, appliances and so much more. Located at Jacobs Landing, the most popular condo complex for rentals in Birch Bay, you will not be disappointed. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a nice size closet. Spacious enough for your luggage and other items you may have brought. The bedroom also has a lagrge flatscreen TV mounted for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and just outside of the bathroom you will find a stack washer/dryer unit. Not that you want to do laundry on vacation but it is there if you need it. The newly remodeled kitchen has all you need to prepare a light snack or a full meal. Wood buring fireplace in the living area along with new TV and living room furniture with sofa sleeper. The patio has a spectacular view of Birch Bay and the ever talked about sunsets. Yes, we still stop to watch the breath taking sunsets here. There is a propane BBQ and a table with 4 chairs. The patio area goes out onto a community greenbelt area as well. While staying at Jacobs Landing which is centrally located in Birch Bay you have the use of the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court, and a game room for the kids to enjoy which has ping pong and foos ball tables and various games and other property amenities.
Complimentary high speed internet for your use. NO CABLE TV but you can stream your favorite apps.

The entire condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and there were all kinds of board games in the condo for entertainment. The kitchen had extra things I didn’t expect such as a blender, air fryer, etc. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the kitchen, living area, and patio. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store. The only negative thing I will say is that the propane tank for the fire pit was empty and the jets on the hot tub in the community center didn’t work. (Or maybe I just couldn’t find where to turn them on!) I would definitely book this condo again!

Overall a beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous view of the bay! Thanks to the floor to ceiling windows, the condo was filled with light (the other condos where our four sons and their families stayed were darker inside). Note: I would recommend replacing the current shower curtain rod with something more sturdy/secure.

Our stay was fabulous!
We had an amazing first family trip to Jacob’s Landing. My Wife’s family used to come here every summer and we hope to continue the tradition with our little ones.
The unit we were in was beautiful. Had everything we needed for our family of 4, right down to the rainy day board games that came in handy! We were happy to find everything we needed cooking wise to accommodate our meals. 5 out of 5 experience.

Nostalgic
Such a great time staying in a place I spent time with my family growing up. The place is great and in the location I wanted. There was only one parking pass when we arrived and not sure if there were supposed to be more. One note is the mattresses could use SERIOUS updating. I had to take the mattress from the hide-a-bed and put it on the floor because it was totally sagging on the couch frame. I have a bad back and need firm mattresses. The bedroom mattress is not even medium firm, its like laying on a pile of lumpy pillows. I was so glad I could put the nice couch mattress on the floor, otherwise I would have been in excruciating pain the whole stay. There was also half eaten ice cream in the freezer and the sheets for the hide-a-bed were left in the dryer so we didn't find them until our second day.
Overall for us those are relatively minor details and we don't get deterred by small things. The mattress would have been a deal breaker if I couldn't have put one on the floor. We would stay again but I would know I need to be sleeping on the floor and I'd be just fine.

View was beautiful and as advertised. Condo has a well outfitted kitchen far beyond expectation. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Blankets as well as comforters were provided. Very comfortable. I highly recommend this one!

This was a wonderful stay! The property was VERY CLEAN and well stocked with everything you will need. From booking to check-in/check-out it was very easy. Looking forward to returning.

Comfortable spot in Birch Bay
Nice little condo. Pool was great & view of the water was nice. Had everything we needed to cook & pull out couch was really comfortable.

Cozy at the beach
Stayed here to visit our newborn nephew. The condo is nicely appointed and beautifully decorated. Location is spot on. We are looking forward to staying there again for future family visits!
