Perfect for nature lovers and water enthusiasts, the property grants private beach access to tidelands, ideal for boating, clamming, and crabbing adventures. Find incredible, must-visit attractions within a short driving distance, including Peace Arch, Birch Bay State Park, Redwood Park, and Mt. Seymour Resort.

The house boasts luxurious amenities, including a jacuzzi tub, inviting you to unwind and soak in relaxation. Additionally, the convenience of a washer/dryer ensures a hassle-free stay.

The house is split into two levels, each offering great living spaces. The downstairs level enjoys a welcoming family room that opens to an extensive deck with impeccable water views, plenty of seating, and a grill. Back inside, you will discover a full kitchen with all the essentials, including an electric oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is an entertaining game room-like area with a pool table and a smart TV. There are two bedrooms on this level.

The upper level enjoys a spacious family room with exquisite water views and a gas fireplace - this is a great spot to unwind and gather with your loved ones to plan your next adventures. Equipped with all stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is a chef's dream come true! Prepare delicious culinary masterpieces during your stay. This level offers three additional bedrooms.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed with 5 couples. It worked for us. The 3 main floor bedrooms were nice. The master suite was massive! Large open area on main floor.Note- there are some steps to climb (8 -10) to get in and out of the house.

refrigerator did not work upstairs - reported to you and they said that it takes 24 for the fridge to get cold- we have a baby that needs milk and senior citizens that need medications kept in a freezer. suggested we use the working refrigerator downstairs - it is a terrible thing to assume that our old people ( 84 yrs old) is expected to climb the stairs to get medication several times a day! i continued to contact them but no result -- uncaring response : they said the refrigerator was turned off to be cleaned and the refrigerator was not clean and freezer was yucky -had gelatinous brown red substance that was not cleaned. If the refrigerator is not functional - it should have been thrown out and the fridge downstairs be moved upstairs instead of making up stories about the situation. it truly impacted our satisfaction with our trip - the house was beautiful but we were not happy at all with they way we were treated regarding the absence of a refrigerator upstairs - our family cannot possibly tolerate being so inconvenienced because of the absence of a working refrigerator - not just for food storage but also for storage of milk for the baby and storage for injectable medication that needs to be stored in the freezer. I will not recommend this property because we did not feel listened to and were not informed before hand that we should be satisfied with a wine refrigerator with 8 people and a baby! shame on you!

Beautiful views but cleanliness issues

positives- this home has beautiful views, a large deck with seating, the windows are terrific from the living room, The beds are comfortable, they had plenty of towels available at the home and it was very close to the Birch Bay waterpark. Negative's - some pretty serious cleanliness issues reached out upon arrival reported these issues again the day we left no resolution, the hot tub is empty so you can't use it, the water came out very tan to fill the Jacuzzi in the mast bath the Jets were spitting out chunks, No one would use the Jacuzzi, the codes on the doors to access the property didn't work, but luckily one of the back doors is broken so we're able to go in through that, but also that meant that one of the bedroom doors could never be locked to the outside, so not great for safety. If these issues were addressed, this house could be really amazing and worth what they charge for our experience it wasn't.

Perfect place for a family gathering

This was the perfect place for our family and extended family to stay while attending my son's graduation from WWU. The location was ideal, we especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck! The house was clean, spacious and well-stocked with necessities. The pool table was an added bonus!

Great property with beautiful views

We really liked staying at the house for two nights. It was big and comfy, and the location was great with beautiful view. The only problem was the check-in at 5:30 PM, which was supposed to be at 4 PM. The house was still getting cleaned, and it was frustrating.
