- Lake Nottely is part of the Tennessee Valley Authority, which controls the lake levels. Although the lake levels are drawn down in the winter (starting in October), there is still roughly 400 feet of lakefront property available.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the driveway and parking area. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed
